- Maintain Plumbing Systems & Equipment
Service Delivery Management :
Comprehensive maintenance, repair and operation of all components, structures and grounds associated with the site HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipment systems.Ensure performance requirements are met (SLA’s and performance management)Maintain an accurate record of all maintenance documentation, warranties, licencesEnsure the safety and maintenance of all assets and equipment.Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Client and Tsebo management Teams.Collaborate with suppliers, and contractors to ensure customer needs are met.Operational DeliveryCarry out basic HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipment repair and maintenance of all building related issues as directed by the HVAC Technician and / or Technical Manager
Provide call out and standby services on demand in / out of operational hours when requiredEnsure that all jobs are carried out in a safe and competent mannerClean-up work area on completion of a job. Ensure the workshop is kept clean and clear at all timesEnsure that all Work Orders are completed prior to submission to the line managerProactively log any HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipment maintenance issues you identify at the TFS HelpdeskTools are to be looked after and maintained in good working conditionCarry out any duties as required and instructed by your direct line manager / supervisor.To provide support with regard to reactive and proactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipmentUndertaking documented inspections, as notified by your direct HVAC Technician or Technical ManagerUndertake proactive quality inspections of the site and log any issues identified with the TFS Call CentreUndertake proactive and reactive maintenance tasks and repairs. Undertaking planned preventative maintenance tasksCarry out inspections in relation to OHS Act requirements and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the OHS Act requirementsEscort and oversee sub-contractors where necessary and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with OHS Act requirementsEnsure all sub-contractors leave the area in a clean and tidy state when the work is completed and ensure the sub-contractors remove their rubbish and waste from site once the work is completed.Monitor all associated instrumentation and respond to results to active optimal operation.Restart and operational verification of systems affected by HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipment disruptions.Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipment, materials and suppliers used in Facilities ManagementMust have experience in the following central plant & Split unit brands names : Samsung, Alliance, Gree, including LGs, York, large : Walk-In FridgeBe able to diagnose and repair system and reticulation related faults.Undertake proactive quality inspections of the site and log any issues identified with the TFS Call CentreUndertake proactive and reactive maintenance tasks and repairs. MatricMinimum of NQF Level 4 – HVAC Certification / qualification or equivalent, or studying toward a Trade TestMinimum 3 – 5 years’ HVAC / Airconditioning and Air handling equipment experience in a similar corporate environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
