Qualifications / Experience
- Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience
- SAP Certification in SAP PP
- SAP S4 / HANA Certification PP / IBP
Essential Skills Requirements Must have experience / understanding :
Excellent knowledge and customizing experience of the SAP PP; APO / eSPP modules incl. Demand Planning moduleExcellent knowledge of Process Chain creation and setup BI info cubes batch job variants core interface integration models custom tables master data chains cif enhancements and operational activitiesWorking experience of S4 / HANA implementationTransfer business requirements into functional concepts and specificationsExcellent understanding of the Supply Network Planning process i.e. flow of demand and supply through the Planning horizons from Demand Planning to Supply Network PlanningExcellent knowledge of Supply Planning in focus of - stock replenishment stock ordering inventory management stock distribution / deployment (DRP) Planning optimizers in APO / eSPPHousekeeping daily monitoring batch job monitoring and queue monitoring / post processingWorking knowledge of the integrated / cross functional supply chain modules i.e. SAP MM SAP SD and Master dataAny additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Mode (AWM) CharterAdvantageous Skills Requirements
Supply chain planning tools e.g. IBP APO eSPPS4 / HANA implementation / migrationAgile MethodologyABAP debugging skills would be beneficialRole Requirements
Understand the business requirements preparing AS-IS and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and / or technical design document(s)Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processesExecuting the required changes through configurationInteract with cross functional consultants for Integration requirementsPreparing test data and documentation Conducting Unit tests Regression tests and System Integration security tests including recording of resultsPreparing User manuals and conducting training to business process ownersPlanning of go live milestones planning preparation and execution of migration cutover and Go-Live as well as post Go-Live support activitiesInteraction with clients through meetings calls and emailsSupport the troubleshooting resolving and closing of Production Support tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)User interface transactional solutionsAnalyse and scope End-user authorisation rolesUpdate and maintain documentation as an existing systems functionality is changedExecution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings including Stand-ups Sprint Review Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Planning meetings.Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s)NB :
