Junior Sales Representative

A well-established FMCG company is looking for a Junior Sales Representative with 1 - 2 years FMCG sales experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets and goals
• Maintain and increase sales for the Business
• Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base and relationships
• Merchandising and adhering to the required merchandising standards and / or layouts of stores
• Collect, document, and dispatch returns in a timely manner
• Collecting customer feedback in a positive and constructive manner
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
• Communication with Management on a regular basis
• Logging daily customer contact on CRM tool
• Company vehicle maintenance and day to day care of vehicle

Desired Experience & Qualification

Package & Remuneration

The salary is negotiable between R10 000 - R12 000 CTC (including Cell Allowance) + Company vehicle.
