Head of Finance

We're seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to lead our client's team and shape our financial strategy. This role offers a chance to guide financial direction and make impactful decisions within an expanding manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring growth and development.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate monthly, half-year, and year-end financial accounts and reports for management.
• Cost Analysis : Conduct WIP and cost accounting for manufactured inventory; analyze costs and sales performance.
• Budgeting and Planning : Manage company budget, develop financial trends and projections, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Cash Management and Compliance : Oversee cash position, manage debtors and creditors, and ensure financial compliance through liaising with auditors.

Qualifications

B. Comm Accountancy or equivalent, CIMA qualification advantageous

4-6 years in financial management

Advanced user of Syspro or Sage Evolution

Package & Remuneration

R 900 000 - R 1 100 000
