Calling all immediately available mid-tier Finance Managers for various contractual roles across multiples industries. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA(SA) with strong business acumen, financial oversight capabilities, and a proven track record of engaging with executive-level stakeholders. This role is integral to business operations and financial reporting, requiring someone who can operate at a strategic and hands-on level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the finance function, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive financial planning processes and ensure alignment with operational goals
• Partner with department heads to support business decision-making through financial insights
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including consolidation and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in line with accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity
• Analyse expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls
• Supervise and support finance staff in daily operations
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and other departments
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Support business growth by evaluating investment opportunities, funding requirements, and capital structures
