Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly management accounts , cashflow forecasting, and annual budgets.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory financial submissions.
• Process and authorise invoices and manage payments in line with company procedures.
• Perform GL account reconciliations and manage inter-company loan account reconciliations.
• Produce and present VAT, tax, and cashflow reports monthly.
• Support year-end audits with relevant financial reports.
• Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, reviewing utilisation and operational expenditure.
• Supervise and train creditors and debtors administrators.
• Provide sound financial advice to executive management.
• Review and maintain up-to-date financial policies and procedures.
