Key Responsibilities :
Greet guests as they enter the dining room and escort them to their tablePresent menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferencesTake accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the systemServe food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional mannerEnsure all orders are accurate and of high qualityMonitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaintsMaintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tablesAssist with preparing and clearing tables as neededFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and fellow crew membersCollaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for guestsAttend training sessions and meetings as required by the companyPerform other duties as assigned by the Dining Room Manager or other superiorsQualifications :
Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hotel is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentKnowledge of food and beverage service standardsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 poundsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusHospitality / Hotel / Restaurant jobs
