Join Our Team as a Team Leader Make a Real Difference

Location : Newcastle & Gateshead (UK drivers licence holder with access to a vehicle for work purposes)

Salary : 26780 per annum up to 2600 through on-call payments

On-Call : 2600 per annum (rotational basis including weekends)

Hours : 37.5 hours per week typically 9am5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required to meet service needs)

Contract : Full-time Permanent

Your Role as Team Leader

Youll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality compassionate care. Working closely with the Service Manager and Senior Coordinator youll support your team to deliver care that helps people live independently safely and with dignity.
