We are inviting expressions of interest to act in the role of Senior Team Leader Compliance & Regulation for a three-month period. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role guide a dedicated regional compliance team and contribute to important investigations enforcement activities audits and statutory programs. The role also offers the chance to work closely with stakeholders influence compliance outcomes and represent the agency at a regional level.

This is an excellent development opportunity for anyone wanting to test drive a leadership role in a supportive environment. Its a chance to build confidence in leading people strengthen decision-making and problem-solving skills and broaden your experience in delivering complex compliance and regulatory work.

The role leads a regional compliance team responsible for investigations enforcement audits and delivery of statutory programs. The position provides direction and support to staff coordinates regional input into statewide compliance priorities and represents the agency in stakeholder engagement.
