Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday API Developer with strong expertise in Workday integrations, API development, and Studio Code. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in building, customizing, and maintaining Workday integrations to support HR, Finance, and business processes. This is a remote, project-based role requiring flexibility, strong technical problem-solving, and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines for a US-based client.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, REST / SOAP APIs).
• Build and enhance custom Workday API solutions using Studio Code and other integration tools.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues in production and non-production environments.
• Ensure all integrations comply with security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Provide technical expertise in Workday releases, system upgrades, and API-related enhancements.
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support procedures.
