Financial accountant

An established company is looking for an Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated finance professional with a solid accounting foundation and industry experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full financial function and enjoy taking ownership of end-to-end accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full accounting function (journals, reconciliations, reporting, etc.)
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements
• Support with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate financial records
• Liaise with auditors and support financial reporting requirements
• Work extensively on Buildsmart and related construction accounting system
