We are a dynamic and growing freight forwarding company based in Johannesburg, offering end-to-end logistics solutions to a diverse clientele across international markets. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction, we are seeking a results-driven Financial Accountant to support our finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting with articles
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar financial accounting role.
- Previous experience in the freight forwarding or logistics sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
- Proficient in SAP. L-Shipping,Shipshape will be an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
