Finance & Office Administrator / Bookkeeper - Maitland, Cape Town Salary R25,000
A well-established company is seeking an experienced Finance and Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to manage a wide range of accounting and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-function bookkeeping support using Pastel Accounting and payroll systems
- Manage supplier and customer accounts , including credit control and invoice processing
- Oversee petty cash, VAT reports, fixed asset register , and depreciation / interest calculations
- Provide administrative support to management, including meeting coordination, travel bookings, and staff record management
- Process weekly wages , monthly payments, and employee leave
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems
- Assist with stock control, logistics bookings , and vehicle maintenance records
- Support internal and external audits with precise reporting and documentation
Systems Proficiency Required :
PastelMicrosoft Excel, Word, PowerPointPayroll and Time Log systemsIdeal Candidate :
