- Matric with Accounting / Finance qualification
- Relevant Accounting experience

Duties :
Recording financial transactions (debits and credits)Maintaining accurate ledgers and bank reconciliationsManaging accounts payable and accounts receivablePreparing and submitting payrollTracking expenses and generating reportsInvoicing / Reconciliations / Management AccountsFinancial Reporting : Preparing financial statements - income statements, balance sheets and moreAnalyzing financial data and providing reports to managementEnsuring compliance with accounting standards and regulationsPreparing and submitting tax formsA deep understanding of accounting principles, double-entry bookkeeping and financial reportingAccuracy and precision in financial record-keeping are crucialAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and keep records organizedAbility to analyze financial data and identify trendsAbility to identify and resolve issues related to financial records and office operationsGeneral office management dutiesThis is an ideal role if you are able to work independently, enjoy responsibility and be the go-to person in the business.
