We are currently recruiting for a bookkeeper with HR administrative experience; the role is a temporary one, and will require some onsite work.
Scope of Work :
- Verification of submitted time sheets (contractors, client submissions)
- Prepare & submit invoices (client services rendered, software licenses)
- Prepare & submit statements
- New staff onboarding functions
- Travel arrangements
- General administrative functions
Experience / Qualfications :
At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper / HR onboarding coordinatorRelated tertiary qualification preferredMatric essentialAdvanced ExcelSAGE software experience for HR & Payroll functions (highly advantageous)
