Ensure general safety and cleanliness in your immediate work area
Attend to all visitors professionally and courteously
Ensure visitors remain in the Reception area until the relevant person is contacted and available
Take accurate messages and ensure they are promptly delivered to the appropriate individuals
Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional Reception area at all times
Handle internal phone calls efficiently and assist staff with general inquiries
Receive and manage the delivery of documents or parcels, ensuring they are forwarded to the relevant recipients in a timely manner
Report any issues, concerns, or irregularities to your Manager without delay
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Financial Director or another senior team member
Bind documents or books as required
Restock the fridge and maintain refreshment areas as needed
Carry out all other administrative tasks related to the front desk to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
