About the Role

The Hunt : Master abandoned-cart recovery by reaching out at the critical moment to close the sale.

Blueprint for Success (Requirements)

1+ year proven remote / online sales experience – you can close deals without supervision.

1+ year customer support experience, preferably e-commerce.

Conversion mindset – elite communication skills and a natural ability to persuade.

Tech savvy – familiar with Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement software.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, great at working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Technical Requirements
