Our company supplies over 5000 line items across 4 outlets, serving clients in KwaZulu Natal, Eastern Cape, and Mpumalanga. Our knowledgeable staff provide technical expertise and advice on a wide range of tools, fasteners, paints, and preparation consumables.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in the Durban Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, delivering training, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to deliver Training and product knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the fastener and tools industry is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
