An exciting leadership opportunity has opened within a global energy group driving Africa’s clean power transition. We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Managing Director to lead one of the group’s flagship solar power generation assets based in Johannesburg .

The ideal candidate is a seasoned energy professional with a strong grasp of project finance, plant operations, stakeholder management, and performance optimization . You’ll be responsible for steering a multidisciplinary team, overseeing O&M and EPC partnerships, and safeguarding the long-term value of a major renewable asset.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead all operational, financial, and governance aspects of the company
• Ensure compliance with commercial and regulatory agreements
• Drive plant performance and asset optimization
• Represent the business to key partners, lenders, and authorities
• Champion HSE excellence, ESG initiatives, and sustainable growth
