Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of actuarial consulting projects within the life insurance sector.
- Maintain and grow client relationships by providing high-quality, insightful solutions and supporting business development initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure that deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Keep ahead of emerging regulations and market trends (including Solvency II and IFRS 17) to apply relevant insights in client engagements.
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Qualified Life Actuary (FASSA or equivalent).Proven experience within life insurance or consulting, particularly with Solvency II, IFRS 17, capital modelling, and risk management.Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership experience.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (technical and non-technical).Experience in reviewing or challenging models and results is highly advantageous.Pricing knowledge and with-profits product exposure beneficial.Comfortable managing teams of 23 people and working across multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel and work on client sites when required.Apply now!
