Broker – Risk (Life) & Commercial Short-Term Insurance

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Broker to join our team, specialising in Risk (Life) and Commercial Short-Term Insurance . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring clients peace of mind through expert advice.

About the Role :

As a Broker in our company, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, structuring suitable cover, and delivering exceptional after-sales service. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client portfolio, ranging from individuals to corporate businesses, ensuring they are protected against lifes uncertainties and commercial risks.

Minimum Requirements :

• NQF 5 and RE 5
• Relevant degree in : Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration
• At least 2 years proven experience as a Broker
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
