It Executive (It Infrastructure / Server & Network)

As an IT Executive, your role provides seamless integration of the IT infrastructure support to the end users. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the IT infrastructure. You will be managing various IT hardware such as server, network equipment, IT software, Firewall, Virtualization, maintain and update IT documentations. Additionally, you will participate in server and network monitoring or related IT projects.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport & Maintenance - Servers : To assist in daily monitoring of system health.Support & Maintenance - End Users : To provide support on laptop / desktop issue and end user issue such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (O) and Antivirus. Update the related documentation for IT asset tracking and disposal, software and license tracking, and user manuals and guides.IT Projects : To participate in various end-user related project such as machine / hardware refresh and software refresh and improvement work, replacement works or new implementation initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e. IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering)3 years of relevant IT experience with hands on experience in servers and networksSpecifically in areas such as : Windows Server and Linux Operating System, Cloud (e.g. Office , Azure, AWS), Virtualization (Hyper-V, Vmware), Networking (e.g. Cisco, Aruba)Good interpersonal and communication skillsCompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification will be added advantageBe able to work independently and in a team
