What You’ll Do

• Take detailed, action-oriented notes during internal and external meetings
• Create and maintain clear and visually strong sales decks using Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Keep our HubSpot CRM up to date with contact details, activities, and deal progress
• Handle data entry and cleanup for client records, reports, and campaign inputs
• Prepare meeting briefs and proposal materials ahead of calls
• Support email follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and lead nurturing tasks
• Monitor key sales metrics and prepare weekly reports for internal teams
