The Opportunity : Adcorp PMI Business Development Consultant
The Business Development Consultant’s core purpose is to generate new business and grow existing clients through innovative solution offerings.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business : Identify, validate, and convert new client opportunities by presenting tailored solutions that align with business goals.Commercial Ownership : Negotiate and formalize SLAs, manage invoicing and POs, and track financial performance to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.Client Delivery Support : Brief operations teams for seamless delivery, oversee reporting, and proactively manage client expectations to ensure exceptional service.Sales Administration : Maintain an accurate CRM, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and submit monthly activity and performance reports.Relationship Management : Build strong, long‑term client partnerships, identify upsell opportunities, and reinforce ATS’s value through consistent engagement.Market & Brand Representation : Track market trends, monitor competitors, and represent the brand at industry events while sharing insights to guide strategic decisionsDesired Experience & Qualification
At least 2-3 years or more B2B sales experienceMust have Higher Education sales in Training & Development spaceMatric , Diploma or equivalent with sales and or marketing / management / SDF advantageousPlease apply if meet the criteria
