Learning and Development Specialist (InternationalBPO)

We’re on the hunt for a Learning & Development Specialist! Are you a learning strategist who can turn training into performance? We’re looking for someone to build and deliver high-impact onboarding, sales, soft skills, and leadership programs across our global BPO teams.

You’ll lead the rollout of “The System” - our internal leadership growth model - and create digital-first content using tools like Articulate and Rise. Your work will directly shape how we develop, retain, and empower our people.

If you bring :

• 5+ years in L&D (ideally in BPO or sales environments)
• A relevant tertiary qualification
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
• A passion for behavioural science and performance-based training
