About the Marketing Specialist Position :
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for executing marketing and brand activities to support the delivery of marketing plans, objectives, and the overall strategic direction of the company.
Marketing Specialist responsibilities
- Regional Marketing Support
Roll out of the regional marketing strategy
Support regional team leaders in executing campaigns that drive revenueFacilitate regional sponsorships to support lead generation and stakeholder engagementAssist regions with campaign execution (email, SMS, social media, etc.) to support consultant performanceCoordinate supplier relations between marketing and regional teams for quality material procurementManage and distribute promotional items for business-as-usual (BAU), crunch time, and eventsMonitor branding collateral inventoryCoordinate and manage regional activations, roadshows, and eventsManage CRM for lead generation and customer service optimisationBrandCoordinate and administer brand awareness campaigns and events
Oversee brand presentation and setup for events, launches, roundtables, stakeholder engagements, and golf daysFacilitate regional branding exercisesEnsure agency outputs align with corporate identity (CI)Assist in writing briefs for agencies and content when requiredCoordinate marketing collateral production and maintain quality controlImplement corporate branding across signage, apparel, advertising, and sponsorshipsPublic Relations (PR)Handle media requests and coordinate with PR agency
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on initiatives that build brand equityEventsSupport regional and national events, roundtables, and exhibitions from planning to execution
Delegate event tasks to the team (e.g. PR briefs, social media updates, internal comms)Maintain and circulate an events calendar to ensure alignment and collaborationWork with internal departments to execute brand and culture initiativesAssist in identifying speaking opportunities at relevant industry eventsInternal CommunicationsDraft and facilitate internal communications
