Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Lead UI Designer to drive the visual evolution of our digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative yet strategic thinker who can balance design excellence with usability, accessibility, and brand consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with UX, content, and product teams to shape intuitive, engaging, and scalable user interfaces that elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of high‑quality UI designs across web and digital platforms.
• Translate user and business requirements into elegant, functional, and visually compelling interfaces.
• Expand and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across all components and patterns.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX writers, and developers to ensure design integrity through to delivery.
• Conduct UI reviews, provide guidance and mentorship to intermediate designers, and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Develop responsive layouts and pixel‑perfect prototypes to support stakeholder alignment.
• Advocate for user‑centered design principles, accessibility, and brand alignment throughout the design process.

Salary : ZAR500,000 – ZAR618,000 per annum.
