We’re looking for a Design QA Specialist (UI / UX, Graphic Design, Branding, Motion Graphics & Video) to join our team and help ensure that every design project exceeds client expectations.

The Role

Working Hours : Mondays - Fridays, 9A AM-5P M Central European Time

Salary Range : 700-800 USD (subject to evaluation of experience and skill level)

The Design QA Specialist ensures the delivery of high‑quality creative outputs across all design projects. This role focuses on reviewing deliverables, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines, and supporting process efficiency. The QA Specialist plays a key role in conducting daily quality checks, identifying issues, and collaborating with designers and project managers to uphold Growmodo’s creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Conduct QA cycles daily, reviewing design deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and client requirements.
• Evaluate visual quality, layout alignment, typography, color usage, and technical specifications across all design outputs.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to designers using established QA documentation and tools.
• Ensure all designs meet aesthetic, functional, and technical standards while aligning with project timelines.
• Maintain and update QA checklists and quality standards for various design types (UI / UX, branding, motion graphics, and video).
