Transformation Analyst (BEE & EE)

Purpose of the Role

As a Transformation Analyst , you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) strategy and Employment Equity (EE) agenda. You’ll ensure compliance, accuracy, and progress toward transformation goals — while helping to embed a culture of empowerment, fairness, and continuous improvement across the organization.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role that blends analytical precision, stakeholder collaboration, and purpose-driven execution.

Transformation & B-BBEE

• Champion the company’s B-BBEE journey by consolidating and validating scorecard data across all elements.
• Prepare and manage interim and final scorecards with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate annual verification processes, working closely with verification agencies and business units to ensure smooth audits and successful outcomes.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategies to improve B-BBEE performance.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of transformation initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and committee reports (Steercom, Social & Ethics).
• Manage Corporate Social Investment (CSI) data and reporting to showcase measurable community impact.
