Senior Strategy Analyst

Were looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Corporate & Investment Banking team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning data and ideas into actionable strategies, engaging with senior leaders, and helping shape the future direction of our business.

What Youll Do

Support and drive CIBs long- and short-term strategy development.

Work with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.

Facilitate brainstorming and strategy workshops across the business.

Analyse data and market trends, providing insights and recommendations .

Monitor and report on the impact of strategic initiatives .

Act as custodian of strategic messaging across internal and external platforms.

Build strong relationships across CIB, Group, and the CEOs office to ensure alignment.

What Were Looking For

35 years experience in strategy, consulting, or banking .

Strong background in analysis, research, and data-driven decision-making .

Excellent communication and presentation skills able to influence at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

A collaborative mindset and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related).

MBA or CFA advantageous.
