AI Business Solutions and Security Manager in the Africa Sub-area is the Finance partner to the STU and GTM Leads. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on our end-to-end product stack under AI business solutions ranging from M365 to Copilot and our Security solutions to deliver actionable insights to business partners as well as the commercial finance team & CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Business Solutions and Security growth in the Geo through deep analytics forward and backwards (deployment, active usage & upsell). Shares business insights and advances solutions and actions plans to drive business and commercial leader goals and short-term accountabilities.
• Leverage Corp models and analytics and community best practices to provide actionable insights through the segment controllers and CFOs.
• Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge GTM leads & STU around new business opportunities / growth roadmap landscape.
• Increase premium mix, understand and drive upsell motions to higher profit products (M365, E3 to E5) and co-pilot seats.
• Go-to person on any technical topics pertaining to AI Business solutions products for the Finance organization within the Area.
• Drives improvements in data management through AI & automation. Applies understanding of advanced technology to accomplish business goals and to provide greater depth of analysis.
