Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Scheme Representative located in Pretoria, with some flexibility for working from home. The Medical Scheme Representative source new Medical Scheme members by collaborating with and supporting them in their choice for the correct Medical Scheme according to their needs and financial ability, assisting with client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also includes maintaining and growing relationships with clients, providing product training, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Above average commission earnings.

Qualifications

• Medical Scheme Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Medicine or Pharmacy - advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of medical schemes and regulatory requirements
• COB for Health, Short term personal lines, Longterm Cat A
• RE5
• NQF 5
• Accreditation with the CMS as an Apprentice or Full Broker
• Fluent Afrikaans and English Read, Write and Speak
• Self-driven - not need to be micromanaged
• Target driven
