What You Bring

5+ years in software engineering
Deep experience with .NET and relational databases ( SQL Server , PostgreSQL )
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Skilled in writing testable, maintainable code
Comfort with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework ( Angular , React , or Vue )
Clear, constructive communication — you value team over ego

Design, build and refine features from scratch as well as improve what’s already out there

Work with a mix of legacy systems and modern stacks, always aiming for performance and maintainability

Collaborate with other Engineers to solve tricky problems and set technical direction

Share your experience with others – mentoring is welcome but not mandatory
