Your Role :

• Own the credit life cycle : evaluations, approvals, arrears management & recoveries
• Lead the Evaluations & Collections teams
• Implement strategies to maximise recoveries & minimise losses
• Sit on the Credit Committee & ensure compliance with the NCA
• Mentor team leaders & drive operational excellence
