Job description

Job Description :

  • Adherence of the BOS procedure
  • Full payroll function coordination and control
  • Ensuring all wage / salary related transactions are correctly captured on Sage VIP
  • Ensuring VIP and Kronos systems info are aligned.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Administering of all employee advances / banking changes / allowances ect.yu
  • General administration of all employees.
  • Handling remuneration queries after payday.
  • Processing all resignations / dismissals / terminations Assist HR Professional with updating clocking systems and update payroll
  • Being SOX compliant
  • ADHOC duties
  • Update employee files

Job Requirements :

  • Formal HR Qualification
  • 2 Years experience within HR field / Payroll
  • Knowledge of VIP
  • Knowledge of Time and attendance system ( KRONOS)  or similar
