Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Butchery Manager located in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Province.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily daily operations in the butchery department, including meet cutting and processing.
- Managing of inventory
- Quality control and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, develop and motivate staff.
- Managing customer relations to ensure a high standard of service.
- Maintain product quality.
Qualifications
