Your Role

As an Engineer within our production department, you are responsible for preparing, maintaining, and optimizing machines, tooling, and installations. You will analyze failures and process data, develop maintenance and improvement plans, and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and according to schedule. In this role, you work closely with operators, technicians, contractors, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and maintain production installations and tooling.
• Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance and inspection plans (preventive and corrective).
• Analyze breakdowns and propose sustainable technical improvements.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance and supervise external contractors.
• Conduct risk analyses and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures (QA, OHSE, 5S).
• Report on performance and contribute to projects aimed at process and efficiency improvements.
• Share knowledge and train colleagues in the proper use of machines and tooling.
