Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels including calls, email, live chat, and social media.
- Handling player queries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone at all times.
- Performing KYC and account verification processes to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring transactions and identifying potential fraud or risk-related activities using advanced tools and procedures.
- Managing payment-related queries such as deposits, withdrawals, and chargebacks accurately and promptly.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer interaction records.
- Following responsible gaming and AML protocols to protect both players and the business.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to improve the overall customer journey and service delivery.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company with integrity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance support efficiency and player satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in the iGaming industry or a similar customer-facing role.Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and responsible gaming standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with full professional fluency in English.Tech-savvy and confident using digital platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.Experience with fraud detection, payments, or risk management will be advantageous.Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and a strong sense of accountability.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.How to Apply
