Job Summary

As a Factory Operator, you'll be a key player in our production line, responsible for safely retrieving, weighing, and mixing chemical ingredients, monitoring equipment, and recording essential production information. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining safety and quality standards, assisting in process improvements, and reporting any concerns or incidents to the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities Follow all safety rules and regulations outlined in our factory procedures manual.Package and label products to meet precise production specifications.Keep your work area clean and organized.Safely store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals used in production.Work on the production line, consistently meeting daily targets.Promptly report any concerns, violations, or accidents to the supervisor.Take on other assigned tasks to support production goals.Manufacture chemical products according to set specifications.Stand, lift heavy objects, climb, crouch, and operate tools while wearing safety gear.Requirements Education : Grade 11 or 12

Experience : 2 years or more in a factory or production setting
