Duties :

• Strategic Leadership : Guide and mentor remuneration, benefits, and payroll teams, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Compensation Management : Design and oversee salary structures, incentive programs, and annual reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Benefits Oversight : Manage employee benefits programs, optimise utilisation, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Data Analytics : Use advanced data analysis to conduct pay equity studies, benchmark against the market, and strengthen workforce decision-making.
• Compliance & Governance : Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, SARS requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with leadership and HR to provide guidance on remuneration strategy and communicate policies effectively across the business.
• Financial Planning : Lead budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting for compensation and benefits programs.
