Job descriptionPrimary objective is to generate New Business for the Company (both Facultative & Treaty).You will oversee the facultative businessOngoing Client Servicing & EntertainmentAssist with client relationships and retentionYou will be part of the management Team (Manco) and included in the monthly management meetings, where you will be required to add value to the company and management teamMaintain Calendar & Client Database / sDevelop & Maintain Relationships with both Clients & ReinsurersGather Information from Clients & Reinsurers for Renewal Negotiations and assist in the renewal processProvide Training to Clients / Staff as necessaryKeep Accurate RecordsMaintain Files & FilingAccurately Record Written & Verbal Correspondence with Clients & ReinsurersAssist Clients & Reinsurers with their QueriesAnnual budgeting will be required by yourselfAssist with Presentations & ReportsAssist clients with their Reinsurance Program analysisHandle & Finalize RenewalsPreparation of Placing Slips, Cover Notes & Wordings with assistance from our Broker support teamMarketing & Networking with New, Existing & Potential ClientsAssist with Research on New ClientsAssist with Research on New ProductsContinually Seek Opportunities in Order to Secure New BusinessAnnual budgeting for income / expenses / travelTravel to territories where the Company wishes to conduct business, and service and entertain both clients and markets accordinglyCommission incentives will be firmed up on arrivalAdditional responsibilities will be agreed and discuss with yourself either prior to or after your arrival
