Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to grow client base across key sectors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Identify and approach potential clients via cold calling, networking, face-to-face meetings, and industry events / conferences.
  • Understand client staffing needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, executive search).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements in all business proposals.
  • Ensure that all sales are achieved in an ethical manner.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and on time.
  • Ensure that all required paperwork pertaining to a new contract is completed correctly and sent to the relevant departments for processing.
  • Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timeous payment of workers and our invoices.
  • Ensure that the operational handover is done correctly, so that contract workers and clients’ needs are met.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts.
  • Liaise with Debtors Department in terms of outstanding monies / account queries and follow up with client to ensure payment is received as and when required.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and report on pipeline development.
  • Ensure that daily, weekly and / or monthly reports are submitted to the Head of Sales.
  • Attend sales meetings as and when required.
  • Keep well informed on all relevant legislation, policies and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment / staffing sector
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and client management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Familiarity with Saudization and other regulatory requirements in the KSA labor market
  • Good grasp of mathematical concepts
  • Public speaking ability
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Valid passport
  • Valid driver’s license
  • KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a significant advantage
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and recruitment platforms
