About the Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a national team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), aligning their efforts to group strategy. From sales planning and performance management to pipeline development and stakeholder collaboration, your role will directly impact profitability, operations, and market position.
What You’ll Do
Define and deliver on national sales strategy and targets
Lead and develop a team of BDMs to drive acquisition and revenue growth
Guide strategic accounts and high-value negotiations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and service teams
Analyse market trends and performance data to drive strategic decisions
Ensure sales governance, reporting, and continuous improvement
Drive innovation and adoption of cutting-edge sales methodologies
Manage internal and external relationships to ensure alignment and delivery
What You Bring
Degree in Business Management (MBA desirable)
8+ years in complex solutions sales; 3+ years leading sales teams
Fintech or IT solution sales experience highly preferred
Proven record of growing B2B client accounts and leading high-performing teams
Strong strategic mindset, financial acumen, and operational leadership
Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and scalable sales processes
