Senior RPA Developer

Overview

Position : Senior RPA Developer – SSA (JHN / Durban). 2 roles, 1 permanent and 1 for 12 months contract.

Position Purpose

Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects across the AMETA region, contributing to operational efficiency and process standardization.

Major / Key Accountabilities

• Assess and Improve Automation Opportunities

Evaluate business processes for RPA suitability and estimate development effort, ensuring alignment with finance and controllership objectives.

Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and build Blue Prism automations in accordance with agreed regional and CoE design standards and development best practices.

Drive RPA solutions through testing, change management, and production readiness cycles, while providing operational support and managing virtual workforce performance.

Oversee the execution of production processes in Blue Prism, ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Lead QA processes, investigate incidents and exceptions, and implement enhancements to improve automation reliability and business value.

Mentor colleagues through training programs, develop technical documentation, and support cross-skilling initiatives to build internal automation expertise.
