Job Description
We are searching for the best talent for a Field Director, Hematology Northeast. This is a field‑based role available in multiple states within the Northeast. Required Qualifications
Requires regional travel of approx. 60% depending on geography (includes overnight travel); ability to maintain an office in the home required. Must live in their assigned region and in close proximity to an airport. Must be available to attend periodic national scientific congresses and key strategic / scientific meetings at the corporate office in Horsham, PA / Titusville, NJ.
The expected base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $276,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. This position is eligible for either a company car or a car allowance through the Company’s FLEET program.
