Position Overview :
We are looking for skilled customer service professionals to join our team in an inbound call center environment. The role involves handling healthcare insurance inquiries, assisting customers with queries, and providing quality service.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare insuranceProvide professional and empathetic customer serviceNavigate multiple systems to resolve queries efficientlyMaintain accurate records of interactions and resolutionsEnsure compliance with company processes and industry regulationsRequirements :
South African CitizenGrade 12 qualificationMinimum 12 months of call center experienceNeutral English accentStrong communication skills, both spoken and writtenComputer literacy (MS Office, Social Media, Online Navigation)Soft skills and telecommunications experience (advantageous)Ability to demonstrate empathy in customer interactionsMust reside within a 35km radius of Foreshore, Cape TownWorking Hours :
Monday to Sunday (3 PM – 3 AM) – subject to change based on requirementsFive working days per week with two days offContact center operates 365 days a year.
