Based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, this is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Creditors Controller to join this reputable company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Duties to be performed for 4 entities.
• Processing of banks via Bank Manager on Pastel Version 19.
• Processing Purchase Orders.
• Work closely with Buyers - checking pricing / order quantities / making sure no double ordering.
• Pull Purchase Order Reports following up with Buyers regarding stock and reasons for not receiving goods.
• Processing all Supplier Invoices ensuring goods have been received and charged correctly.
• Following up on claims, getting credits, and addressing overcharges from suppliers.
• Processing and following up on all Debit Order Payments & Invoices.
• Processing Credit Cards / Debit Cards for both branches - collecting and processing all slips / invoices / expenses.
• Supplier Credit applications for both branches.
• 30-day reconciling of all accounts.
• Monthly Supplier Reports with Month-end Payment Summaries.
• Sending out Remittances on payments to Suppliers ensuring clarity on what has been paid and sorting out queries.
• Maintaining good relationships with Suppliers.
• Processing COD Payments.
• Managing Petty Cash.
• Processing and downloading Waybills for Freight - ensuring invoices have signed waybills and match up charges.
• Monthly Fuel Reports for Cape Town - checking budget regarding Fuel expenses.
• Monthly Tracker Reports - checking both branches' vehicles not used over weekends and following up with the Manager on usage.
• Ad hoc tasks as required.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Package & Remuneration

R22 000 - R25 000 depending on experience.
