Risk and Security Manager

Takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Risk and Security Manager to join our (TDT) Logistics Team.

This position reports to the National Risk and Security Manager :

Your responsibilities will include :

• Management of Risk within Transport, Logistics and Fleet management
• Management of Security and Service Providers
• Plan, design and implement risk management tactics
• Regularly audit all operational processes from a risk perspective
• Daily risk assessments and evaluations
• Risk auditing and reporting
• Weekly security audit and reporting
• Business continuity plan
• Loss control, exception management and investigations across all regional sites
• Develop a network of intelligence sources to identify high loss areas and develop corrective actions
• On-route risk management
• Dashcam management and affiliated service providers
• Management of the complete Health and Safety function for the site as required and stipulated by law and COVID protocols
• Innovate and proactively anticipate Risk within Transport, Logistics and Fleet management
• Regularly engage with operational managers
