Job description3+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or administration experience. Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles / roles). Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience working with RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps functions. Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certs a plus). Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Strong project ownership — comfortable juggling multiple client engagements in parallel. Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth consulting environments. Familiarity with incentive compensation and CPQ solutions. Hands-on experience with GTM tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.). The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our consulting team. This role is focused on project delivery — from discovery and solution design to hands-on Salesforce configuration and implementation. You will work directly with clients’ leadership and GTM teams, helping them unlock growth through Salesforce optimization, integrations, and scalable processes.
At SaaScend, consultants are problem-solvers who thrive on variety, balancing multiple client engagements while driving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Salesforce implementation and optimization projects for SaaScend clients.
- Partner with client executives, RevOps leaders, and GTM teams to understand requirements and design solutions that align with business goals.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and related tools (flows, automations, security, reporting, dashboards, etc.).
- Own client-facing solution delivery, presenting recommendations and driving adoption.
- Collaborate with Lead Consultants, Associate Consultants, and SaaScend’s delivery team to ensure successful execution.
- Integrate Salesforce with GTM systems like HubSpot, Marketo, Gainsight, Netsuite, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and best practices to bring innovative solutions to clients.
