Duties & Responsibilities
- Co-operate and Liaise with all levels of Client representatives and Management
- Ensure work is performed to the Highest standard and in terms of SLAs
- Manage maintenance schedules and staff productivity
- Manage subordinates in line with policies and procedures
- Budget management & cost control
- Ensure close weekly communication with management team
- Adhoc duties as required by management includes overtime
- Walk- about and draw-up reports
- Asset management
- Ensure compliance with High levels of SHEQ.
- Do client monthly customised audits and surveys
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12National Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Technology3-5 years Experience in of Landscape and Horticultural maintenanceExperience in managing staff on multiple sitesLandscaping installation and maintenance of irrigation systems experience advantageousStrong administration and organisational skillsHealth & Safety knowledgeComputer literate and experience in preparation of quotesHave a valid unendorsed drivers license and PDPDeal with high profile demanding clienteleBe able to problem solveRequired Experience :
